When the problem isn’t a lack of expertise

Some of the most difficult issues arise between skilled people.

Cybersecurity assesses one risk. Engineering assesses another. The supplier believes the requirement is met. The client believes the documentation is insufficient. The project wants to move forward, while the operating organization doesn’t want to accept the risk.

In situations like these, an independent assessment can help separate facts from assumptions, requirements from interpretations, and real risk from organizational friction.

The goal isn’t necessarily agreement. The goal is a technical basis that is good enough to make a decision and move forward.
